Almost complete test suite

  • Remplace :all with :each in before/after functions
  • Add code coverage for App class with tons of mocks to prevent
    system calls from being done during tests.

Reorganize specs and put each class in its own spec file.

  • Use default 'spec' directory instead of 'test'
  • Use default specfile pattern
  • Add common 'spec_helper' file
  • Split specs in 2 files, one for each class
